OneRoof Community Foundation unites six specialized programs under one corporation — covering every dimension of community need across the Greater Toronto Area.
Our Mission
Most community organizations serve one need. We serve the whole person — because food insecurity, isolation, unemployment, and mental health do not exist in isolation from one another.
Every program cross-refers to the others. A family using FeedingTogether can be connected to VoiceToValue, YouthForward, and PathSpark — in one conversation.
Each of our six programs covers a distinct mandate. No overlap, no competition for resources. Every dollar goes to the right program for the right person.
Founded in Toronto. Built for the communities we live in. Our programs serve newcomers, seniors, youth, families, and individuals across the Greater Toronto Area.
Nonprofit corporation. Transparent governance. Every program reports outcomes, not just activities.
"We do not serve needs. We serve people — and people have more than one need at a time."— Rajkumar Singh, Founder · OneRoof Community Foundation
Our Six Programs
Six distinct programs. One cross-referral network. Complete coverage.
Eliminating food insecurity one family at a time. Community meals, food bank access, and nutrition programs for families, seniors, and newcomers across the GTA.
Mental health support for those who need it most. Counselling access, peer support, and wellness programs that meet people where they are — without barriers.
Companionship, care, and dignity for isolated seniors. Volunteer visitation, daily check-ins, transportation assistance, and community connection for GTA seniors 65+.
Skills training and volunteer development for community builders. Practical certifications, workplace readiness, and leadership development for adults seeking employment.
Mentorship, opportunity, and direction for at-risk youth. One-on-one mentoring, after-school programs, and pathways to education and employment for youth aged 14–24.
Bridging students and newcomers to employers and careers. Resume coaching, employer partnerships, job placement support, and the BridgeForward stream for newcomer professionals.
How It Works
Every program is a door into the full network. A person who enters through any one program can be connected to all others — seamlessly, in one conversation.
One door leads to all doors
About the Founder
Rajkumar Singh has spent 17 years building technology and security solutions for Canadian organizations — and an equal amount of time watching communities around him face needs that no single organization was positioned to address fully.
OneRoof Community Foundation was built on a simple belief: that a person's needs do not exist in isolation, and neither should the programs that serve them. By housing six distinct programs under one corporation, OneRoof creates a cross-referral network that serves the whole person — not just one dimension of their situation.
Rajkumar is also the founder of Technology Integrated Solutions (17 years, 400+ organizations), Guardlyne (Canadian SMB cybersecurity), and Fix First Security (exposure validation platform). He lives and works in Toronto.
